How do i change my cancellation policy?

You can change your cancellation policy on Spare Space at any time to better suit your hosting preferences or booking patterns. Each listing can have its own policy — ranging from Super Flexible (24 hours) to Non-Refundable — allowing you to decide how strict or flexible you want to be with guest cancellations. However, please note that any existing bookings will remain under the policy that was active at the time of confirmation. Updates only apply to new bookings made after the change.

To change your cancellation policy:

1. Go to your Host Dashboard
2. Click on My Listings
3. Select the listing you want to update and click Edit Listing
4. Navigate to the Cancellation and Refund section
5. Choose your preferred cancellation policy from the available options
6. Click Save to confirm your changes
