The best way to connect with guests is through the in-app chat feature on the Spare Space platform. You can easily send and receive messages once a booking enquiry has been created.
Before the booking
Once a guest sends an enquiry for your space, you’ll be able to communicate with them directly through the in-platform chat. This helps both sides clarify details like timing, setup, or special requirements before confirming the booking.
After the booking is confirmed
When a booking is confirmed, you’ll automatically receive the guest’s contact number and email address for easier coordination on the day of the booking. You can continue chatting through the platform or reach out directly if needed.
After the booking
Once the booking ends, both you and the guest will have the opportunity to leave a review for each other. Reviews are an essential part of building trust and credibility within the Spare Space community, so we encourage you to share your experience honestly.
