How much does it cost to list my space?

Hosts are welcome to list their spaces on Spare Space completely free of charge. There are no sign-up fees, listing fees, or membership costs — you can create and publish as many listings as you like at no upfront cost. However, Spare Space charges a service fee on each completed booking to help cover platform operations, secure payments, and customer support. This fee is automatically deducted from your payout before funds are transferred to your linked bank account. You can view the exact breakdown of your earnings — including the service fee — in your Booking Summary once a reservation is completed.
