What do i do if a guest stays past their booking end time?

If a guest stays beyond their scheduled booking time, Hosts can choose how to handle it based on their own discretion and house rules.
You may allow the guest to extend their stay and charge them for the additional hours at the hourly rate mentioned on your listing. The extra amount can be settled directly between you and the guest after mutual agreement.
We recommend that you clearly communicate:
The hourly rate applicable for extra time
The maximum duration they can extend
A reminder before the original booking time ends
Transparent communication helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures a smooth experience for both you and your guest.
