Spare Space is built on professionalism, transparency, and trust between Hosts and Guests. In the rare event that an issue arises during or after a booking, we encourage both parties to first communicate directly and try to reach a mutual resolution. If any laws or Host Rules are violated, Hosts have the right to end the booking immediately. In such cases, please gather any relevant evidence (photos, videos, or communication records) and report the incident to us. For non-emergency issues, report the matter within 72 hours (3 days) after the booking’s conclusion by emailing support@booksparespace.com. Our team will review the details and help guide you through the next steps. For emergencies, please contact local authorities immediately before reaching out to us.
