When will i receive my payout?

Payouts on Spare Space are issued through Razorpay and sent directly to the bank account you’ve added under the Link Payout section of your account. When you add your bank details, a Razorpay account is automatically created to process your payouts securely. When are payouts sent? Payouts are processed within 2–5 business days after your booking has been marked as completed. Once your payout is initiated, you’ll receive an email notification confirming that it’s on its way. You can view the real-time status of your payouts under the Earnings tab in your Host Dashboard.

Payout status stages

Scheduled: Booking completed and payout confirmed.

Processing: Payout initiated through Razorpay and on the way to your bank account.

Paid: Funds successfully deposited into your bank account.

Note

In some cases, payouts may take slightly longer due to bank holidays, incorrect bank details, or active disputes on the booking. If your payout hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please write to support@booksparespace.com with your booking ID.
