The space features a raised stage platform with overhead lighting fixtures, basic sound points, and flexible seating arrangements, making it ideal for theatre rehearsals, music performances, dance workshops, seminars, and creative showcases. Basic inclusions: stage lights, chairs, and standard seating arrangements are available as part of the booking. The neutral interiors and professional lighting setup allow the space to adapt easily to different themes, décor styles, and event formats. A technician is not included in the base price. Guests are welcome to bring their own technician or request one through us at an additional cost of ₹3,000 per session. Generator Backup: A generator set is available at the venue. The first 1 hour of diesel usage is complimentary. Additional usage will be charged at ₹500 per hour towards diesel costs. NOTE : A refundable deposit of 5,000/- is collected at the time of arrival at the space, which is refunded at the end of the booking.
