Can I have the email or phone number of a Host?

For the safety and security of our users, Spare Space does not share any personal contact details of a host before a booking is confirmed. Once your booking is successfully confirmed, you’ll receive the space address and the host’s phone number to coordinate your visit smoothly.

Please note that all communication before confirmation must stay within the Spare Space platform. This ensures your messages, payments, and bookings are protected under our safety, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention policies.

Spare Space is not responsible for any loss, dispute, or harm resulting from sharing personal or sensitive information or engaging with users outside the platform. To stay protected, always message and pay securely through Spare Space.
