How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking by:

1. Going to My Bookings on the Spare Space website or app.

2. Select the booking you wish to cancel.

3. Clicking “Cancel Booking” and following the prompts.

All cancellations must be made through the platform. Messages, calls, or texts sent outside Spare Space are not valid and will not be recognized for refund purposes.
