What do I do if a host doesn't show up or I'm unable to access the space?

Please note that you are not permitted to access the space before your officially booked start time. If you’re unable to enter the space or reach the host at the start time, first check your confirmation email for any access details or contact instructions — many hosts include directions or contact information there. In the rare case where no instructions are provided and you’re still unable to access the space, please contact us immediately at support@booksparespace.com. We will try to reach out to the host to resolve the issue. If we’re unable to establish contact or grant access, Spare Space will refund the booking in full.
