What do I do if a host is unresponsive?

While we’ve built an easy-to-use system for reaching out to hosts, there may be rare cases where a host doesn’t respond promptly.
Before a booking is confirmed, you can view the host’s average response time on their listing page, which shows how long they typically take to reply to inquiries and booking requests. Once you’ve submitted a request, the host has up to 24 business hours to either accept or decline it.
Most hosts respond within a few hours, but if you’re having trouble getting a response, please reach out to us at support@booksparespace.com, and our team will be happy to assist you in finding an alternative space or contacting the host on your behalf.
