What do I do if I have a problem with the host or space?

In the rare instance that an issue arises with the host or the space itself, we encourage both parties to first try to resolve the matter directly and amicably. Most concerns can be settled through clear communication between the host and guest.
If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us immediately at support@booksparespace.com with all relevant details.
Whenever possible, make sure to document the issue with photos, videos, and screenshots of any communication (messages, emails, etc.) — this helps us review and assess the situation more effectively.
