What do I do if my host is unresponsive after the booking is confirmed or the day of the booking?

Hosts on the Spare Space platform are expected to communicate with guests promptly. Most hosts respond within 24 hours.
If you’re having trouble reaching your host after they’ve accepted your booking or on the day of your booking, please email us at support@booksparespace.com.
