What do I do if the space looks nothing like the listing photos?

Hosts on Spare Space are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date photos of their space on their listing page.
If you arrive and find that the space does not match the listing photos or description, please:
1. Document the issue — take clear photos or videos showing how the space differs from what was shown.
2. Do not proceed with your activity until you’ve gathered evidence.
3.Contact Spare Space immediately by emailing support@booksparespace.com with:
1.Your booking ID
2.The photos or videos as proof
3. A short explanation of what’s different from the listing
