What happens if I damage something in a space?

As a guest on Spare Space, you are fully responsible for any damage caused by you or anyone in your booking during the reservation.
The best way to handle such situations is to discuss the issue directly with the host at the earliest and try to reach a mutual resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through open communication.
Hosts are required to report any damages within 14 days of the booking’s conclusion, along with relevant documentation such as photos or videos.
